Green Goddess Chive and Cheddah
Creamy salad dressings are the reason any of us even consider eating lettuce right? I admit certain lettuces have amazing flavors on their own, but a great dressing brings a salad together like a fine piece of artwork.
Green goddess can take on many forms, but a healthy, creamy, no oil added version….yes please!
Feel free to riff on this with whatever greens you might have around, the core to this dressing is the raw garlic and bright acid from the vinegar. We also love using this in pasta salad to really make the potluck say what did the vegan people bring this time…
- 4 oz NuNosh Chive Cheddah
- 1 bunch chives
- 1 bunch basil
- 1 bunch tarragon
- 1 bunch dill
- 2 green onions
- 5 whole cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 cup of water
