Steak and Chive Cheddah

As we mentioned in the post about seared salmon, compound butter is a fantastic way to bring flavor to the table so to speak, and melting it on top of a great steak is the oldest trick in the book.
Our NuNosh Chive Cheddah is perfect for this with its bold high acid notes, it brings the complexity like a one maitre d butter in ole Paris!
For this preparation we used a Snake River Farms wagyu culotte steak, Idaho potatoes roasted to perfection with a nice herby seasoning, and brought it all together with chive cheddah.
