A simple way to use our spinach and artichoke is a stuffed chicken breast with lemon, tumeric rice, and greek olives. Simply buy your favorite chicken and cut a pocket in the side.
Preheat oven 425 full convection. Fill the pocket with our spinach and artichoke spread, season with salt, pepper, and little olive oil, place slice lemon on top of chicken. Â
Once oven is ready roast the chicken breasts for 15-18 minutes or until fully cooked. We love using tasty bite easy turmeric rice, so microwave plate and serve! Garnish with some sliced greek olives and you are all set for a healthy dinner that will wow even the fusiest foodie!
