In this post we are using Goldstein’s everything bagel with our big dill cream cheese as well as carrot “lox,” pickled shallot, capers, fresh dill, and cucumbers to make our Saturday morning dreams come true.  The best part…you don’t have to feel guilty about piling on the “cream cheese” because our plant-based spread tastes great and is actually good for you!
