The Trailmix Pitch Competition that takes place during Boise Entrepreneur Week each year gives food and beverage startups the opportunity to win a big check and have their products sold in stores.
People always ask when did we start Nosh Foods, and that is a complicated question to answer. Our rebrand to Nosh Foods was complete in June of 2023, however I believe things really got started in September/October of 2023 during the annual Trailmix competition that culminates to a final pitch night at Boise Entrepreneur Week. I say this is the official start for us because it was incredible six week experience that became a small "boot-camp" for me as an entrepreneur, complete with coaching sessions that have proved to be invaluable as Nosh Foods approaches larger opportunities.
