Crescent Roll-Ups

When our resident vegan Katherine told me to make this my first thought was crescent rolls aren’t vegan….WRONG!  This is so simple and delicious I can’t believe I haven’t tried it.  You will see in the photos that we did a traditional roll, but you could easily play with this and make any number of variations with any of our flavors.  With cook time this appetizer was ready in under 20 minutes, so truly a new go to if you are having guests over.  Simply pop open the crescent rolls, lay them out on the counter, add a dollop of caprese, roll, and bake.  Boom anyone can feel like Martha Stewart with this one.
