It is that time of year again. Time to bring out the pumpkins and all things spooky - Halloween season. AtNosh, we want to make sure your baby enjoys it too. If this is your baby’s first Halloween, Nosh wants to make it perfect. Here is a list of things to do for a perfect “baby’s first Halloween.” So, grab your peanut puffs and let’s get spooky!

The Perfect Baby’s First Halloween Costume

This will be the first time your baby will be able to dress up and go trick-or-treating. Their first costume will be something to remember. Whether you go adorable or scary, it will still be super festive and cute. Here at Nosh, we have some ideas:

  • Pumpkin
  • Baby Dragon
  • Peanut Puffs (Because this will be one of your baby’s new favorite snacks and they look like a cute little peanut)
  • Bumble Bee
  • Monkey
  • Skunk
  • Puppy (You know dogs love peanut butter too, so all the more reason to pick up some peanut puffs)
  • A Flower
  • A group costume with the family (For example, the Addams Family)

Any of these costumes would be classic for your baby’s first Halloween costume. We for one, can’t get over how cute they all are. Be sure to ask for some Nosh peanut puffs for your candy basket.

A Baby’s First Halloween Photo-shoot

Alright, so for this one, you definitely want your baby in their costume. You could hire a professional photographer or maybe just a friend will do. Thankfully, this fall season comes with the perfect backdrop with all the color changing trees. If it is too chilly, make sure to bundle your baby up to make for a safe photo-shoot. You could also decorate the house to bring the photo-shoot inside. These photos are documentation of your baby’s first Halloween so it’s really one to remember. If your baby is dressed up as peanut puffs, Nosh gives you extra bonus points.

Baby’s First Halloween Party

Costume, check. Photos, check. Now it is time for the perfect Halloween party. Make sure to stock up on some Nosh snacks to feed the playmates. Peanut Puffs and Munchable Teethers are great for all those hungry babies and toddlers to Nosh on. Call it, baby’s first Halloween snack. Anyway, make sure to also put on some baby-friendly Halloween music and include some activities such as pumpkin painting, eating Nosh snacks, and creating a Halloween themed sensory bin of leaves, mini pumpkins, and other autumn themed items to keep them busy and learning.

Pumpkin Patch Trip With Nosh Peanut Puffs

Visiting the local pumpkin patch is a great fall activity for the whole family to enjoy. Pumpkins come in all shapes and sizes, so Nosh thinks not only will it be a great time, but you’ll be able to find the perfect pumpkin for everyone. Grab some peanut puffs for the trip and pick out your baby’s first pumpkin. Sometimes taking a photo of your baby next to a large pumpkin makes for a good laugh as it is undeniably adorable to see the size difference.

A Baby’s First Halloween Scrapbook

It has been a long day of Halloween festivities and it is about bedtime for the baby. Collect all your photos and other memories from the day and make a baby’s first Halloween scrapbook. When your baby grows up, this will be a memory they will appreciate you commemorated for them - a perfect baby’s first Halloween.
