Meet the Founders
Julia and Zachary Greatting are the duo behind Nosh Foods. With a remarkable decade-long tenure in the hospitality industry, their careers took them through the bustling cityscape of Chicago, where they started their own business catering to corporate, social, and private events. After a series of life decisions, including a big move out west, a food truck, catering, and a lot more, they now live in Idaho with their two little boys, having found their groove after a shift into consumer packaged goods and their brand Nosh Foods.
Nosh Foods is the perfect combination of their life experiences and goals to help create a more sustainable future by spreading the word about plant-based eating.
